A perfect hotel for a wheelchair dependent. Large, lovely room with a spacious bathroom. The bathroom was fully fitted for a disabled person with arm rests by toilet and shower. The beds were also perfectly fitted for a tall, disabled person. Free, fenced parking. Fantastic breakfast with plentiful choice. Personal by reception and in restaurant were very friendly. All in all, highly recommended.

Because Hamburg was full stayed at Stade, very good choice. The Reception Lady was most helpful, the room was excellent. More should be made to sell the town. A really good all round experience

I chose this hotel for a business appointment because it provided excellent conference rooms that could accommodate groups of various sizes. The facilities were well-maintained and created a professional atmosphere for our meetings.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been convenient to have these resources readily available on-site.

I've received 2 rooms apartment on last floor (with kitchen corner). I'm not sure is it standard (I've ordered just room) but if yes - it is absolutelly perfect!

Great location, right by the old town

Breakfast, not included in room rate, was pretty expensive - about what you'd pay for a dinner main course in town. However the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen, so just stuff yourself to get your money's worth

The view from the rooms is absolutely wonderful, overlooking the canal of the river Schwinge that surrounds the city. You can even choose a room with a balcony to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery.

There was a miscommunication with our room reservation resulting in a downgrade without compensation. the private parking was small and limited, making it difficult to find a spot.
